Shipping policy

1. Shipping Arrangement

Hainan Qinshuomo Trading Co., Ltd arranges shipment after payment confirmation. Standard orders will be dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once goods are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your registered email for you to track delivery progress.

2. Delivery Time

International delivery duration varies by destination country, logistics channel and customs clearance efficiency. Normally, international shipping takes 10 to 30 working days. Holiday seasons, customs inspections and regional transportation delays may extend transit time. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

3. Customs and Taxes

All import duties, consumption taxes and customs clearance fees generated in the receiving country shall be borne by buyers. Recipients need to cooperate with local customs to complete clearance formalities. We are not responsible for goods detained or returned due to failure to complete customs procedures.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please confirm your shipping address, contact phone and recipient name are correct before payment. If parcels fail delivery caused by wrong address, expired number or recipient absence, relevant reshipping cost and risks shall be undertaken by customers.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If parcels are confirmed lost or severely damaged during transit, contact us via email dfg@helvarop.com with order number and related proof. We will verify information and arrange solutions. Claims shall be submitted within 15 days after the latest logistics update.

6. Shipping Regions

We support worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. We reserve the right to suspend delivery to areas with unstable logistics or strict customs control.
